Wondering what Teeka’s Freedom 2021 is all about?

I recently received an email from the Palm Beach Research Group inviting me to an event by Teeka Tiwari called Freedom 2021.

The event is meant to be used by Teeka Tiwari to reveal what he believes is the number one wealth-building opportunity of 2021, and it involves an IPO.

In this review, we will be taking a closer look at the invitation to determine what to expect from Teeka during his webinar. I also give my opinion on whether I think it is worth attending.

What is Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2021?

Teeka Tiwari will be hosting the Freedom 2021 webinar on January 27^th at 8 PM Eastern Time. It will be his first event of the year during which he is expected to talk about what he thinks will be “The #1 Wealth-Building Opportunity of 2021.”

Depending on when you are visiting this page the event may have already taken place and has likely been converted into an evergreen presentation that you’re able to watch.

It is becoming a trend by Teeka Tiwari because this is not the first time he is holding such an event to start the year. At the beginning of the previous year, he held an event called Freedom 2020 that had the same message.

Since the invite reflects what Teeka Tiwari thinks about IPOs, it tells us what to expect from the summit.

In the invite, he floats the idea that you can achieve financial freedom if you find one investment that pays you well. He goes as far as saying that you can pay for your whole retirement with just one good day in the market. He then acknowledges that this may sound unrealistic before immediately reassuring us that it has happened hundreds of times before.

He cites examples of companies like Amazon, Google, Airbnb, Doordash, among others that made a lot of money in one day.

From those statements, it is quite obvious that he is talking about investing in a company that is about to go public. IPOs allow you to buy a stock at a discount and later sell it for a huge profit (within a few hours or days).

This means that Tiwari wants you to buy into these companies while they are private. In the invite, he notes that Venture Capitalists (VCs) earn huge profits from selling after a company goes public.

One of the challenges that retail investors face as they venture into private investing is that they are not well-informed about private companies. And that’s not the only challenge they have to overcome.

Are Non-Accredited investors allowed to participate?

Yes, they are.

Retail investors were required to be accredited to invest in private companies. This means that they had to be financially stable.

Tiwari acknowledges that, in the past, non-accredited investors were largely locked out of these deals and since a majority of retail investors fall under this category, they could not get involved.

But that changed when President Obama signed the JOBS Act. One of the provisions allowed startups to actively seek funding while easing some of the regulations that barred non-accredited investors from buying up private stock.

The #1 Investment for 2021

At the summit, Tiwari will tease one wealth-building opportunity for 2021.

As far as the invite shows, it will be a pre-IPO technology company that he is predicting could go on to become the next giant on NASDAQ.

The invitation suggests that you can get in on the deal for 50 cents per share and you also don’t have to be an accredited investor.

Who is Teeka Tiwari?

Teeka Tiwari is a former executive and hedge fund manager who runs the Palm Beach Research Group. It is an independent research firm that publishes a host of newsletters with the main one, Palm Beach Letter, being run by Teeka Tiwari.

He began his career in the finance industry working for Lehman Brothers. He was 18 years old when he joined. He worked tirelessly to rise through the ranks and was a vice president when the firm was called Shearson Lehman – he was 20 years old.

Most of his work focuses on the cryptocurrency markets. He even claims to be one of the pioneer crypto analysts, urging people to invest in digital currencies before the Bubble of 2017. One of the recent reviews I shared was on Teeka’s Crypto Catch up event where he gave away a number of coins that he predicted would boom in 2021 and beyond.

Tiwari has appeared as a market commentator on ABC, CNBC, and the Fox News Channel.

Is Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2021 legit?

I think Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2021 is a legitimate event.

First, it is going to happen as promised and Tiwari will use it to spell out his pre-IPO investment strategy. Pre-IPO investments are a hot topic right now as we’ve seen with Jeff Brown’s Pre IPO code strategy.

Second, although he hasn’t had a perfect record, Teeka is a genuine analyst. He is right about some things and wrong about others, which is normal for an analyst.

That being said, when he talks about his investment approach, it is not a guarantee that he will be right and that you will get rich by following his advice.

My Final Word on Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2021

Teeka Tiwari’s Freedom 2021 will provide him with a platform to talk about his number one stock pick. But more significantly, I think it will also be about promoting one of his advisory services. This always happens and I don’t think this webinar is an exception.

Before you watch the presentation and consider investing in pre-IPO stocks, it is worth remembering that although the potential for big, quick returns is obvious, there are cautionary tales of offerings that have posted bad results; some even crashing and burning investor money.
