What is The Great American “Tech Reset” by Chris DeHaemer?

Looking for a review of Chris DeHaemer’s presentation titled The Great American “Tech Reset”?

I had been receiving emails requesting me to check it out, so I decided to take a look to learn more about what he considers as the biggest wealth-creation event of the last 70 years; a $100 trillion market that is bigger than cloud computing, blockchain, and 5G combined.

After doing a bit of research, I came up with this review in which I highlight the main talking points of the summit as well as give my opinion on whether I think they are legit.

What is The Great American “Tech Reset”?

The Great American “Tech Reset” is the title of a presentation by Chris DeHaemer in which he promotes his investment newsletter, the Bull and Bust Report.

But before he gets to that, he promotes the idea of a megatrend that he expects to become bigger than cloud computing, 5G, and blockchain.

You should be careful not to confuse this presentation with Jeff Brown’s Tech Melt.

So, what is the megatrend he is talking about?

People using smartphones and electronic cards to pay for goods and services.

He refers to it as the “Tap & Go” revolution. It is built on three megatrends:

  • Digital Payments: There are alternative modes of payment to cash. Businesses encourage their customers to use these with some rejecting cash.
  • The advancement of fintech.
  • E-commerce: People no longer have to go to the store to buy goods because they can shop online. For example, due to the pandemic, online shopping has been on the rise because people have often found themselves forced to stay at home.

To his credit, in January (2020), he mentioned that the digital payments would gradually become the trend of the decade; thus when the pandemic hit and people started opting for cashless transactions, it went up at a rate that surpassed his expectations.

At the heart of the “tap & go,” megatrend is a group of tech companies whose value will rise steadily due to their involvement in it. These are the companies he wants his readers to invest in.

Who is Chris DeHaemer?

Chris DeHaemer is an investment analyst and newsletter editor who has been actively offering investment advice to his readers for 24 years. During that time, he has specialized in finding the quickest way for people to make money without having to buy and hold.

Chris favors a “boots-to-the-ground” approach when searching for profit opportunities. He doesn’t listen to the talking heads on TV or sit in an office analyzing reports. Instead, he goes out to the field where he meets CEOs, talks directly to employees after work, and analyzes operations.

As a result, he has been to many countries across the world looking for openings that you won’t find mainstream financial media outlets talking about. For example, he has been to Mongolia, the Middle East, Cuba, and even Kenya.

He has also dabbled in cryptocurrencies, alerting his readers to opportunities that made gains of 2,528% and $1,040.32% in a year and a half using an ingenious exit strategy that maximized returns.

He contributes to the Energy and Capital newsletter and offers a premium newsletter called the Bull and Bust Report.

What you get for joining The Bull and Bust Report?

DeHaemer has narrowed down the list of stocks to four that he thinks each of his readers should add to their portfolio. He has written a report about them that he calls The Four MVPs of the Tap-&-Go Revolution.

He decided to go with them because they have the first-mover advantage in the digital payments sector.

If you want to get a free copy of the report, you have to subscribe to Chris Dehaemer’s Bull and Bust Report. In addition to the report, when you become a member you will receive:

  • 12 monthly newsletters
  • Access to the Bull and Bust Report website that contains every resource he has ever sent to his readers since he started the newsletter.
  • The Bull and Bust Report bulletin. Every Friday, he sends his readers a weekly update touching on the existing holdings in the model portfolio as well as important developments in the market.
  • Buy and sell alerts. These are urgent moves that cannot wait for the monthly newsletter or the weekly update.
  • Free membership to the Energy and Capital free newsletter.
  • A second bonus report with the title The 5G Profit Kings: Banking 1,000% on These Three Cell Tower Titans. It provides you with the details of three companies that are building cell towers for the 5G network. The idea of investing in cell tower companies has been quite popular in the newsletter circles as we’ve seen with pitches like Zach Scheidt’s 5G Cash Towers.

Subscription Fee

The annual subscription fee is $99 and a two-year membership costs $179.

The Refund Policy

The newsletter has a 6-month money-back guarantee.

Is The Great American “Tech Reset” legit?

I think it is legitimate. In The Great American “Tech Reset,” Chris DeHaemer highlights a trend that has been taking shape for the past few years; the number of transactions involving cash has been on the decline. People would rather pay for products and services using their phones or cards than use cash.

The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the trend because people and some businesses don’t want to handle germ-laden notes and coins, which have been identified as one of the ways the virus spreads.

Therefore, it is conceivable that a “Tap & Go” trend has gained momentum and created investment opportunities you can capitalize on.

However, there are no guarantees that you will make money by investing in DeHaemer’s recommendations because he cannot predict exactly how the markets will behave.

My Final Word on The Great American “Tech Reset”

The Great American “Tech Reset” promotes the Bull and Bust Report. It is a trading service that points out the best investment opportunities when the economy is doing well and shows you how to hedge your investments when the market plummets.

Will the four companies (and the subsequent recommendations) of the “Tap & Go” revolution rise to the occasion? Only time can tell.

In the meantime, I think you should carefully consider the potential risks involved before deciding whether you will invest in DeHaemer’s newsletter or not. Additionally, only invest money that you won’t mind losing (in case things don’t work out).

If you are not comfortable trading, I can point you to passive income streams that I have found to be quite reliable. So, if you prefer to try this out rather than trade stocks, keep reading.
